I had the pleasure of working with Bhavesh when he served as a panelist for a discussion on launching a career as a User Experience Designer. We had several hundred people join this event, and Bhavesh captivated everyone by sharing stories of his journey into the field, helpful resources, and key insights pulled from his many years of experience. Moreover, Bhavesh was really able to connect with the audience. He spoke eloquently of the mindset of a designer - seeing aspects of design and intent in everything. Bhavesh’s passion and expertise shone throughout the event. I’d love to work with Bhavesh again, and I highly recommend him for any UX role or speaking/mentorship opportunity related to the field of design.

Fundamentally, Bhavesh possesses traits critical to a designer. He empathizes with users from the beginning and tries to understand them. He is very open to asking many questions about UX practices, teams, and cultures. Most importantly, he is very open to feedback and has never shown any evidence of being defensive with respect to his designs.

His final presentation to business, UX, and engineering stakeholders was well-received. All the attendees welcomed the research findings and found value in many of the ideas being presented in the proposed concept. This view was reinforced by positive feedback from business and UX stakeholders after the presentation.
